Free Estimates & Consultations
Free estimates and consultations are based on customer-provided information and, when required, in-home assessments. All estimates are non-binding and may be adjusted following a detailed site evaluation. No service agreement is considered final until confirmed in writing or by invoice approval.
Scheduling & Appointments
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and location information and ensuring reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. We request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling, and failure to do so may result in service delays or additional charges.
Payments & Pricing
Pricing and payment terms will be clearly communicated before any service is performed. Depending on the service, full or partial payment may be required prior to installation, repair, or rental. Non-payment may result in delayed, suspended, or canceled services.
Stairlift Rentals
Stairlift rental services are subject to separate rental terms provided at the time of agreement. Customers are responsible for proper use and reasonable care of rented equipment. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
Warranties & Manufacturer Products
All stairlifts supplied by South Florida Stairlifts, including Harmar stairlifts, are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties. South Florida Stairlifts does not modify, extend, or replace manufacturer warranty terms and is not responsible for issues caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow provided safety instructions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Florida Stairlifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
